Exercise of the Week: Back Extension on Ball

BACK EXTENSION ON BALL
This is a great core exercise to strengthen your lower back. 1) Lie face down on stability ball with knees and feet on floor.2) Stability ball placement should be at abdominal to lower chest region. 3) With hands on chest or behind head, raise trunk until your body forms a straight line (shoulders, hips and knees should line up). 4) Lower to start position. 5) To increase stability, place feet against wall or stationary object. |
